One of the comforting fictions conservatives are increasingly tempted to tell themselves is that if they just move to a red state or county, the insanity of the woke left won’t affect them and their family. Ensconced in safely Republican communities, perhaps they’ll be free not just from disastrous Democrat policies but also from the pernicious sexual propaganda of the left. For conservatives with children, this is especially important.
But it’s a mirage. There is no American town or hamlet remote or red enough to prevent the infiltration of leftist ideology, which today often comes from institutions that in an earlier era would have been seen as the guardians of a decidedly Christian civic virtue. Not only are left-wing activists taking over these institutions, but they are also working to ban conservatives, and especially Christians, from the public square altogether.
There is nowhere today that conservatives can run and hide from the left. They can either surrender or stand and fight.

It might just be one small town in Texas, but Taylor stands as a cautionary tale. It isn’t enough to move to a red state or a Republican district. You are going to have to fight the left, and win, or surrender to them. There is nowhere left to hide.

The Maoist Democrat Left will brand us as “violent”. We don’t want THAT, do we? Stay the course...TRUST THE PLAN!!!! Right?
Sometimes we hear the case for secession, but the problem with that is you just have two countries with a Maoist Democrat problem.
For example, how do you get them out of our universities and schools, businesses and institutions?
Even if we could, whichever country got more successful would rapidly develop a ‘Maoist progressive infestation again.
It is insidious, deadly, and contagious. It isn’t going to stop at the blood-brain barrier constituted by a state border.
This problem exists and persists for the same reasons that the concept of a perpetual motion machine exists. It panders to the mentally weak, mentally lazy, and spiritually corrupt. It is the concept of getting something for nothing.
Davidson is right, there is nowhere to run and hide. If we don’t take a stand where we are the left will destroy it all.

What will help is standing on your local supervisors and planning commissions with both feet to keep the leftists out.

Hold them to by-right build-outs, at least that keeps a 25 home subdivision from turning into a 100+ home subdivision.

Don't let them fall for the "short term rental" scam either.....They turn into long-term Section 8 by and by which was the whole idea in the first place.....I've been involved in killing two of those.

I'm 60 miles west of DC and if the money grubbing local gop assholes and their lawyer buddies had their way there would be a new home on every patch of dirt in the town/county with nothing priced but for the liberal ass-wipes coming out of NOtVA.
