The dishonesty of the Trump haters is that they do not actually support a change to the electoral count act.

As much as they want to crow that changing it is about Trump, it's not. Trump exposed a section of the law that is not as clear as it should be. That it should undergo a simple reform should go without saying or even opposition. No one thinks Kamala Harris should be able to reject the electors in 2024. It should be a simple fix that passed with 100 percent support in the same manner that authorizing a new name for a post office should.
