This has significant implications, obviously. Eventually, a group with such a low birth rate dies out if the children have the same characteristics as the parents.

One has to wonder if the combination of Liberal policies contributes to such a low rate. Liberals have more abortions, are more likely to be gay, less likely to be in traditional family relationships, and more likely to believe that humans are causing irreparable harm to the planet.

Happiness is difficult to define. You can't compare the happiness of an ignorant person and an intelligent person, because it will look different.

And someone might be happiest doing things with their family, but make the decision not to have a family because they've decided they're happy without one.
Intelligence is a difficult thing to define. But conservative politicians, for example, are just saying whatever people want to hear. Some liberals will also do that, especially in the US where "Democrat" doesn't mean liberal for, say, Europeans.
