UK has FPTP(First Past the Post) parliamentary system with a limited Monarchy, It also has no written Constitution... UK is unhappily out of the EU (by the polls)..

Ireland Proportional Representation with Single Vote Transfer parliamentary system with an elected President. Ireland have one of the most restrictive constitutions in the world and change by referendum... Also Ireland is very happily in the EU..

Don't really know Canada and AU in detail know they are:
