Why have no prosecutions been made of perpetrators and why are cases against them being dropped?

Pimps like Epstein and Maxwell are frequently prosecuted. Customers of pimps are rarely prosecuted, except as part of liw-level "stings" in which evidence is produced in real time.

The children that Biden, Mayorkas, and Garland allowed cartels to bring in to exploit are being rescued by MAGA a federal law enforcement. Sadly, while there handlers will likely go to prison, I doubt any of their customers will see the inside of a jail cell unless they happen to be caught in the act.
