Hopefully, but even that charge rate would be ok for many commuter and drive-the-kids-to-school cars, as long as the electricity rate was reasonable.

Here is only one oil find besides Alaska

Assuming that oil consumpation rates won't go up and that there actually as much oil as Chevron says there is under there....

We will run through all 15 billion barrels of oil in approximately 2 years.

If it was only 3 billion, this "massive" oil field would last us....about 5 months.
