The Canadian tourist got into a car accident here in the USA ... while in the hospital, an old nurse gave him a sponge bath and afterwards commented to the young nurse the fella had "Swan" tattoo on his manhood ... so the young nurse quickly volunteered to give him his next bath and afterwards came back tot he old nurse and said it wasn't "Swan" tattooed on his manhood ...

It was "Saskatchewan" ...
