Comparing the AR with other Legal Firearms

The M-1A has the same rate of fire as an AR-15 and each 7.62mm/.308 Winchester round does far more damage than the fairly anemic 5.56mm/.223 Remington round the AR-15 fires. The Mini-14 has the exact same rate of fire as an AR-15.
The new Sig Army rifle is a .277

Agreed. I am so glad you finally recognize that it has NOTHING to do with "turning in your weapon" or "gunnutters" You might stick to the topic. Another moron noob troll goes on iggy.
Yes it is about turning in your AR. It is a battlefield weapon. You gunnutters defend it for a reason.

I am done with you gunnutters supporting the AR15 killing machine. Any killings going forward rest solely on your shoulders.
I am off to the range again. Wind has died down and I am going to hit the steel plate at 1500 yards with my .50 BMG

Adios as they say in Es Pan Yole :bye1:

odd. Never seen an ar 15 semiautomatic on any list of combat weapons.
shame on you. you know better

I find that hard to believe.

How do you keep up with the head space and timing? How much was the tax stamp?
Come on man, head spacing and timing? This is not a revolver, and I am not swapping barrels.. no need for a head spacing gauge...
This is a break open, bolt action, single shot .50 BMG
No tax stamp
