Neither. Obama has been a sheer clusterfuck on every imaginable level when it comes to foreign policy. Domestically racial tensions are at a generational high, despite being a "post-racial America", there is less unity among Americans that at any time since the Civil War, and despite the economic numbers the Dems keep trumpeting, Main Street USA isn't seeing it. The only thing he has going for him as a positive is Obamacare and even that is just another kick in the teeth for the middle class. On the other hand the Republicans have simply caved over and over to Obama despite the fact that they were expressly given Congress with the purpose of stopping Obama and the Democrats after Porkulus and Obamacare were jammed down the American throats. It's a wash and unfortunately we're all caught in the middle.

In a hundred years the only thing Obama will be remembered for is being the first black president.

Obama, hands down. Academia and Historians are overwhelmingly leftists. They also work for the best universities and get all the best publishing gigs because their students are more prone to buy their books. There is very little in the name of publications that point to the overwhelming failure that is Jimmy Carter. Common sense and conventional wisdom are the only reasons people know he was a failure.
