Coming Clean drinking water crisis in the 21st century.

The Saudis have built over 300 recharge dams for capturing ground water..

I'm not a climate scientist. But, I seem to recall someone mentioning that it doesn't rain very much in Saudi Arabia.

But when it does rain it floods and kills people. Capturing groundwater is brilliant especially when they have the recharge capability

The point is, in the middle of one of the driest deserts on this planet, putting in additional water infrastructure makes more sense than, let's say, Washington State, where it rains 300 days a year.

So why are you bringing up Washington State?

Last time I checked, it was in America ... unlike Saudi Arabia.

Yo'ure right you're not a climatologist ... it rains 483 days a year in Washington State (at least in the western part) ... [giggle] ...
