There were 7 major drought seasons in the United States alone in the past 100 years.
If you have seen some documentaries talking about shortage of clean water in India and other places it is not because of water shortage. At all. It is because of corruption of their governments who abuse and pilfer numerous attempts by other countries and agencies to help them. So their people suffer significant clean water problems because there continues to inexcusably be no purification systems in place because officials steal the money.
