About 95 % of what I eat is at home or something I brought from home - she eats out more than me working around the area. I just prefer knowing exactly what I'm eating without worrying about who's been touching and hovering over my food.

Lasagna is pretty hard to make turn out good, compared to most things. The main thing is getting the best quality, freshest ingredients--growing your own especially if you can. One of my nephews made the best smoked beef brisket I ever had this past Christmas - I need to learn how to do that.
