Comey's actions are very disheartening because, while he, and the FBI, should be non-partisan, this is very clearly an effort to tilt the scales in order to put Trump in office, thereby putting Putin and Russia in a position of power in the US.

This should make ALL Americans more than a little queasy over the possibility of Trump in the Oval Office.

He was appointed by the present administration so Repubs are pretttty much out of that picture. By not prosecuting was influencing elections. You need to make up your mind. The same guy, the same issue, the same affiliation. Justice protocol? Please link to that law.

He tilted the scale in July already by letting Clinton off the hook while in/directly admitting that Clinton violated the law.
