Seriously? This is news that must be announced? I mean, was there ever any question what you must do with foreign students from enemy territory who come here to carry out riots of violence against innocent students based purely on the race they were born under who then carry out widespread damage to the property of the university?

Was there ever a question of doing all that and STILL not being arrested, expelled, deported, and not allowed to just carry on as usual at the university as if nothing ever happened?

Let's cut all this general funding and go to grants for specific purposes, whose results would then be analyzed to determine if further funding is warranted.
