Slavery lasted for centuries. 9/11 lasted for a day. More people died with slavery. More people suffered.

9/11 will go down as a pivotal point in regards to US warring, but the US did more damage than it received, taking down Afghanistan and not building it up properly, taking down Libya and not even bothering to rebuild it, taking down Iraq and putting a puppet in place to keep the oil flowing......

It was a war on OPEC, a significant war in order to cheapen oil, as slavery was to cheapen cotton and other products.

But slavery had a much longer lasting impact.
