Yes it includes those women. Anyone that has a mind can understand different things trigger different thoughts for different people. Even a smell or sound can trigger a thought if its associated with an event. (Think Pavlov here.) The amazing thing is that no one can define for you what is a valid trigger except the person that is experiencing the thought.

hmmm no intimacy wouldn't be the goal of it, it'd be about the act of sex itself rather than the specific partner... So I guess I'm saying that anyone I could trust would work, which could indeed have been, at least when I was younger, a purely sexual friend, rather than having to be a boyfriend or anything like that. Hell, it could probably even be just a friend I trusted but wasn't attracted to that way... It's not about the relationship, or the intimacy of said relationship, so much as sex feeling "good and safe" rather than "bad and dangerous."
