If a parent buys their kid a 5th of Jack and they then go out and run over people while drunk, should the parent be liable?

Semantics. They are virtually the same with one modification. It’s like saying a stick shift in a car makes it an entirely different car from the automatic car. Same thing. Small difference even though you drive/shoot it differently.
He walked away from that argument pretty quickly.An AR15 isn’t an automatic weapon
Sure. When you lose an argument throw up your hands and rant crazy shit - of course it didnt work for Donald last night, nor you today. No one is banning all guns. You heard the VP say her and Tim are gun owners.By this logic, all guns should be outlawed. At least you guys are finally admitting the ultimate goal.
Banning any "bearable arm" violates the constitution; regardless of how narrow a category of guns you want to ban, you still want to ban guns.No one is banning all guns.

Lie, of course. There are bearable arms that are de facto banned.Banning any "bearable arm" violates the constitution;
No, you are wrong. The purchase of the gun is not illegal. But buy the gun knowing the person who will receive is nut and you buy the criminal liability that he will break the law.
Which is stupid. Since they can just carry it around anyway. A distinction without a difference. More gun humper red herrings.Show me where I said the purchase of the gun is illegal. I said the child cannot legally own it. Learn to read, dumbfuck.

Oops, 100% wrong.Big difference. The difference is the liability. If I buy a gun and give it to an adult legally able to own it, he's on his own for what he does. But if I buy a gun and hand it to a child (vs giving it to them since they can't own it anyway) I am still 100% liable for what they do because they can't own it. They are simply "borrowing" my gun.
HUGE DISTINCTION WITH A HUGE DIFFERENCE.
