I'm a coffee drinker and have been since I was about 14.

Lately though I have been drinking tea later in the day. I prefer the herbal teas currently peppermint is my go to afternoon hot beverage

i used to drink 3-4 cups of coffee in the A.M. - until i was diagnosed with high blood pressure, then cut it down to 1 cup to start my day. i will drink decaf tea during the day in the winter time.

i am neither a spelling cop nor a grammar one, either. but i also wasn't being the asshole.

what do you prefer?

I drink coffee in the mornings because my husband and I enjoy the coffee and it's just easier. But usually brew up a good tea in the afternoon or evenings.

I am happy that currently the medical experts mostly agree that coffee is good for us. Next year who knows what they'll say?
