Cobra Kai Fans What Is Your Interpretation Of This Scene

For months now I've been trying to figure this out. Did drunk Johnny know he was talking to Miguel and was all this intended for him and the wrong name slipped out in the end? Or did he believe it was talking to Robbie all along? Either way, if you're a fan of this show you probably already know that Johnny loves the kid like his own son, (and in my own personal opinion their relationship is the heart and soul of this show) but it's been driving me crazy of how this scene was meant to be and so far I haven't gotten any answers about it in interviews and articles or anything.
