When it comes to the ability to learn to use a gun properly, there is no difference between male and female. It is no surprise that the goofball in the video is a legislator...he has no common sense! I always find it comical that progressives hate guns so much when they are probably the greatest equalizer that has ever been invented. Use of a gun is not based on strength or size, but is a learned skill that does not favor the gender of the person learning it. The only difference between a gun good for a man or good for a woman is based on thier wieght and ability to handle the recoil.
