Trump's public comments about arresting her looks like vindictive charges against a person as retaliation for him getting convicted... That is very hard to refute because they have his own words directing Bondi...

Also, there is the case to prove, when she bought the property, she could have intended to use as a second residence but then changed her mind... The DOJ will have to show that at the time of her signing that she thought it was an investment property.
Good luck trying to get a conviction on someone's intent...

This why any prosecutor worth his/her salt wouldn't bring this case to court.. It is not good enough to get her saying in an email that she is buy this property and going to let it out (she is allowed to change her mind before and after signing). You have to get in writing saying she lie on the form and was never intending to have it as a second residency..

The supposed fraud is that on one form, she said it was going to be her primary residence, because that form was filled out by her niece, who was going to actually live there.

Do you mean her niece, who was a fugitive from justice in North Carolina, where she was on probation? So, now James is blaming it on her jailbird niece, who she was harboring from justice in her illegally bought house that her jailbird niece filled the paperwork out for? In collusion with the banks. Banks can make 'bad' home loans knowing that they can take the property back in case of default, keep what already has been paid, and sell the home again at a higher price. The banks are as guilty as the buyers.
