President Trump's Abraham Accords were designed to do exactly that: To force them to rejoin the international community by freezing them out. Initially, Israel and the UAE signed the agreement, followed by Israeli agreement with Sudan, Morocco, Oman, and Jordan.

Had the Abraham Accord came to full fruition, Iran would have had no other choice than to normalize their relations with Israel.

This post begins at what level of "response" is appropriate, not if any response is required. It reflects the official mindset that only Israel has a right to survive, no one else, and to deny them total submission is somehow antisemitic. There is no way that being drawn into a global conflict with nuclear nations is in anyone's national or moral interests, and it has gone on for way too long. Protecting Israel's borders while ignoring the massive intrusion at our own borders is madness, no matter how vigorously you whip the flag. Going to nuclear war because of some shady bathroom handshakes which are secret doesn't seem like a good policy. We need to draw a line for ourselves for a change and tell them to work it out, we aren't playing this time, AND mean it. Now, having said that what we should do is seldom what we end up doing.
