The mass usage of lower-level radical judges to overturn Executive orders and Legislative legislation. So, the EC is a circuit breaker. And you want to remove it. Makes sense for you.

So a voter in Wyoming has significantly more power than a voter in California. And it's like that in all the sparsely populated red states that only have 3 EC votes.
