There was one affidavit that I read where a monitor claimed that they allowed ballots with funny signatures. The judge asked her if she saw the signature on file, she didn’t. The person had no actual idea if the signature matched or not but thought that it looked “funny” which was supposedly fraud.

Now tell me, what do you do with that? You don’t charge perjury because she’s not lying. But you don’t overturn an election because there’s not any actual evidence that the signatures were fraudulent since she didn’t see any of the references.
