Usually, when someone gets fired from their job, it's because they've embarrassed their employers...

Off topic a bit, but, you are right, if you even look better than your boss or show them up in the workplace, you may as well tell them off and walk out early. Same result.

But yes, the problem is that if it hits the media, that's when you look bad and you have to be gone or they will never shut up about it... and that's bad for business... even if it's not true.
