The mayor of Miami who thinks he is Fidel used an executive order to to institute a 10Pm to 5Am Curfew for the city of Miami, He is also the little dictator that closed the Marinas and boat ramps. The mayor also tested positive for the virus and it could not happen to a more deserving person.
