Why would China invade Taiwan?
It would lead to an economic boycott that would destroy the advances they have made over the last 30 years
Because china plans on taking over the world-----------they are pushing the limits and seizing what they can when they can. Taiwan is a target of theirs.
So what? They have been preparing for invasion for 70 years and they are not a soft target. It's certainly not in the interests of the The Quad for them to take Taiwan.
The world is pretty fed up with China, I'm not sure a war of aggression against a peaceful neighbor would go particularly well for them.
You mean such as reneging on H.K, building man-made islands int he South China Sea, spying on the wold and stealing their citizens information, sending a virus to the world and then lying about it's effects.
Are these the type of actions that would be called out by global leaders so strongly, or would they allow it to occur in silence?
If the Lying Outlaws of Beijing are dumb enough to attack their peaceful neighbors in Taiwan, it's on the Rocky Cliffs of Taiwan that the Lying Outlaws of Beijing are relegated to the ash heap of history.
You think Home Alone was bad, wait until the world seas the firey hell that the freedom fighters of Taiwan are prepared to loose on the hapless Lying Outlaw Killer Slavers of Beijing if they launch a war of aggression against them.
Trump of course, is with the forces of freedom. China's military leaders complain that their PLA troops are weak because they masturbate constantly and only want to play video games. Should they be dumb enough to attack the hardened forces of freedom on Taiwan, but sending these slugs by the millions, in fishing boats, to try to land on Taiwan, their boats would be destroyed on the defensive structures that fiercely protect the very few beaches of their perimeter, that is mostly steep rock cliffs.
As they flounder there, dying, then the undersea gaslines will be fired, engulfing them in the holy hell of drowning as they are burned alive.
Free Forces of Taiwan buy top of the line American Equipment
Fearless Taiwan's military has historically been superior to China's. Taipei's close ties to the US guaranteed it access to some of the most advanced weapons available.
It has
operated US-made U-2 spy planes and was the first country to
shoot down an enemy aircraft with the AIM-9 Sidewinder missile. Even today, Taiwan's Apache Longbow helicopter gunships and Patriot missile batteries are still among the most advanced systems in service with any military.
But once the Lying Outlaw Slavers bought off US politicians, the US held off on arms sales leaving Taiwan's military with a lot of largely outdated equipment. Trump is reversing those short-sited policies.
Peace-keepers, ready to loose terrible fiery hell on the hordes of aggressors, in fishing boats, drowning them in the Strait of Taiwan should the vile evil Slavers attack their peaceful neighbors in Taiwan.
The objective is not just to fight and win a war, but to make it so clear that attacking is suicide, that the Lying Outlaw Slavers of Beijing are too filled with fear to even attempt it.
Taiwan, with Trump's help, continues to arm itself with conventional weapons and asymmetrical and anti-access/area denial (A2/AD) weapons of the first order.
Taiwan has
increased its defense budget and recently
purchased 66 F-16 fighters from the US. It on buying M1A2 Abrams tanks, anti-ship missiles, drones, and sea mines, as well as advanced rocket-artillery systems and cruise missiles capable of striking the mainland with mighty blows that they will never forget.
Taiwan is also investing heavily in its own defense industry. It
launched its first fast mine-laying ship in August and will
begin construction on the first of eight modern and domestically built submarines in November. The flotilla of fishing boats filled with the PLA will never know what hit them, even as it hits and hits and hits and hits.
Taiwan and the US are deadly serious about the island's defense.
The Lying Outlaw Slavers of Beijing should focus on being a better neighbor and trading partner for the world, rather than wars of aggression against their fed up neighbors.
