Destructive behavior is when a mob descends upon Target and steals and breaks everything in sight. When a mob is driven by racism to beat a white woman to within an inch of her life, it is called “savage behavior.”

Yes, at 15 I was charged as an adult. At 16 I was convicted and sent to prison. 40 years later and I haven't re offended.
