Chemical Spill in Illinois...37 sent to the hospital; 7 in Critical Condition

Maybe the EPA would be more suitable.

We could. We can say the EPA would be better maybe, as they handled the supersites. What I don't think makes sense is the feds not spearheading the cleanup and determining scope of damage, regardless of what agency they settle on.

I'd be for them doing that and then charging every penny of cost to the RR company.

If found responsible they likely would.

From the document posted above

"A Responsible Party is strictly liable, jointly and severally, for removal costs plus damages in connection with a discharge of oil or hazardous substances. An RP may be held responsible for government cleanup costs, damage to natural resources, costs of health assessments, and performing cleanup where the site may present imminent, substantial danger.

Hard to imagine candycorn manages to live a normal life being this dumb.
Lol.

As a child when I made a dumb mistake, my dad used to occasionally say to me:

“I don’t know how somebody with your brains can act so dumb.”

I suspect that for most of her life all candicorn has heard is:

“How can someone with your brains even breathe?”
