First of all, the Kremlin would never have to attack a free and fair election or shut down because Puutie-bear lost! But if they were attacked by a mob of Russian citizens, the citizens would be killed in mass.

Actually I saw that at first too and posted that it looked more like peer pressure and vandalism, until the blood started flowing, cops were beaten to death, chants to hang Pence were aired, that cop being crush by the mob, pictures of armed tactical teams moving through the crowd.....

Not only did the mayors condone and support it, the governors and AG's actively supported it when they sued Trump for sending in federal troops to protect federal buildings because these democrats would not protect their citizenry.
