Former presidents are entitled to secret service protection under the law. Presidential candidates are granted protection in most cases.
What would the response be if former president Obama had someone take a shot at him?
Would on-site security have been the same, or more thorough? Would there be more answers after the fact, or would we the people receive the same answer, or lack of answers that we are getting now?
