Charlie Kirk to become the next MLK

If we would have said three weeks ago [...] that Joy Reid and Michelle Obama and Sheila Jackson Lee and Ketanji Brown Jackson were affirmative-action picks, we would have been called racist. But now they're comin' out and they're saying it for us! They're comin' out and they're saying, "I'm only here because of affirmative action.

Yeah, we know. You do not have the brain processing power to otherwise be taken really seriously. You had to go steal a white person's slot to go be taken somewhat seriously.

Not have brain processing power?
Are you kidding me?
What a freaking racist

Michelle Obama and Kentanji Brown Jackson graduated at the top of their HS Class, were admitted to Harvard and then Harvard Law, completed all the course work, graduated at the top of their class, passed the Bar and had successful legal careers.

Meanwhile Kirk had an insignificant HS career, was admitted to an unknown college of which he dropped out after one semester.

Who’s brain processing power should not be taken seriously?
Hey! Hey you, you ******* leftist shill shitbag.
Charlie Kirk was a better man than MLK Jr. and John Kennedy.
That is what it is, and Robert was a great man, and RFK Jr. is his son.
That's the reality of right now, boy. :1peleas:

Robert Kennedy was not like his brother. He was the good one, and assassinated by Democrats.
John got his crew through a rough time back in the day, but Bobby was the good boy.
People should probably watch PT 109. It's American history.

Eh... Not exactly. Trump and Kirk, from my perspective, are probably two entirely different types of men who both had two different moral and internal belief systems, and neither is right or perfect.

One of the criticisms I have of Kirk is his adoration for Trump as Trump is completely the antithesis of Charlie's faith. Maybe from a "America First" and political policies they are somewhat aligned (but not entirely), but Trump and Kirk are far from being close to the same in faith and morality. Which, is why Kirk's all-in buy in of Trump, IMO, was a cause for concern. And I don't agree with other areas as well of Kirk. And that's okay.

The problem is the left is all or nothing. You can't critique yourselves or admit areas where you are going too far. And the same can be said for those on the right too.

Charlie was a hypocrite,like Trump.

Only the good die young.
And yes, the political assassination of Charlie Kirk is on par with Kennedy and MLK Jr.
No, it’s not.

Kirk wasn’t anywhere near as famous as JFK or MLK. If Trump (or Biden when he was in office) were assassinated, obviously that would be a comparable event of comparable magnitude.

That’s not being disrespectful, it’s just the truth. Facts are facts.

Excel is completely subjective.

And look at how successful he was. His whole point about college is that there are many liberal arts paths in college that come with mountains of debt with little ROI in the marketplace. It's plain and simple. Paths like sciences, engineering, mathematics, medicine, yes, require higher levels of education, but the ROI is there to justify potential costs of the education and those are the paths Charlie encouraged.

Charlie was a proponent of the trades, bringing back factory work to Americans. He understood that not everyone is college bound or college fit.

But, you probably didn't realize that, and are hanging on the idea that he 'dropped out of college' as some sort of moral merit badge for your argument. Rather, it just shows how ignorant you are. And his body of work absolutely validates how smart one can be outside of a college education as most of the students he debated, didn't have critical thinking skills or the ability to formulate an unbiased point.
He accumulated millions in just 10 years! He owns three homes now, worth $12 million.

That's how he lost his way...hanging with the billionaires vs when a young student, with a cause...imo.

I still had hope for him though, to turn his talent and fire in to something good, something truly Godly... He was young, he had time to grow.... That was sadly, cut short....😥

(an opinion piece)

MLK was an awful man...a lousy husband and a derelict father not mention a shameless plagiarist; But he was a figurehead for the people at a time when they needed hope. More than anything else about MLK it was his timing... he was at the right place at the right time backing the right issue.

For that reason people tend to look away from the particulars and focus on the larger issue which at the time was equal civil rights for all human beings. Always and forever a righteous cause!

We face a similar situation today with the onslaught of deviance attacking normalcy and tradition. Less than 1% of the population has managed to grab the public podium and are working very hard to make changes in society that 99% of society does not want. It will not succeed but it has grown into an oppressive movement using tactics like cancel culture, political arm bending and now we have moved to violence.

Charlie Kirk also had unusually good timing. He rose up in the midst of this onslaught to become a figurehead for the traditionalists, the normals.

He had a message that resonated with them and while he certainly wasn't perfect ( geez you think MLK thought about perfect when he was screwing around with the prostitutes from City to City? ) this message had a legitimate foundation.

Now with his martyrdom we will see that message amplified a thousand times. Whatever it is the confessed shooter sought to accomplish will be overturned many fold in the other direction.

Just the other day..... 24 hours after Kirk's death I drove by the YWCA mural wall in my city which up till then was inhabited by the most exquisite work of art demonstrating the growth of a young black girl into womanhood, motherhood and then old age against the backdrop of an urban setting. I grew to love that picture..... To my great dismay it was being whitewashed to be replaced by an image of Charlie Kirk.

Prophetic much?

Yes I think so.

Yeah, like the racists need a figurehead.... don't they have Trump?
