All I'll say is if I was shot in the neck I'd 90% likely be dead. That is just the way it is. I don't think he is doing well even if he is still alive.

They said "near the neck," that could mean the clavicle area which is survivable.

Apparently the shooter was a pretty good shot using a scoped high powered rifle from a nearby building who was aiming for a head or chest shot.

I expect these people are being funded by international money and organizations; they want America kowtowing to their agenda and not dancing to Trump's own independent tune.
