Federal laws out weigh State's rights.

Sooner the better. Even more Americans will understand what a fascist Trump is. And the charges will be laughed out of court.
These Trumpnuts are cowards. Tiny, little, sniffling ass cowards. They don't give a damn about jack booted thugs, they don't give a damn about due process. I mean can they not look at themselves. State governments should allow the federal government to come into their state and run ramshod on the rights of the people? Is that not the position they are taking? Come on people, bow down, kiss the boots of the thugs. Like I said, tiny little sniffling ass cowards.

Remember years ago, oh these right wing nuts were talking about watering the tree of liberty, talking about rebellion, what the second amendment is for--which is wrong by the way but that is another topic. They were just running their mouths. They will clutch on to their guns, as they quiver under the damn bed.

Dad was so wise. You got to stand for something. If you can't stand for something, you will fall for anything. What do those on the right stand for? Themselves? I mean that is all I see and I see Trump taking advantage of that in an unprecedented way.

Trump derives, and maintains his power, by dividing us. I mean he splits us and divides us with precision, carefully measured through polls that he loves so much. It is cynical, and it is insulting to say the least. But most of all, it shows no leadership skills whatsover. The president has one job, to bring the country together. The whole damn system is designed that way. If he can't, then we all have hell to pay. And if he downright refuses, seeks to divide instead, well then we only have ourselves to blame.

At what point do we begin charging Democrat politicians and operatives with Treason or Sedition?

What Tim Walz and his Lt Governor have done is criminal at least....leading to armed confrontation and 2 people dead.

Obama, Jack Smith, Adam Schiff, and many more have done reprehensible things....

When does it cross the line?
It isn't treason for law enforcement to use lethal force when they shouldn't have, but for the sake of argument, when will ICE Barbie be indicted?

Federal laws out weigh State's rights.
I know you are proud of that post, but I don't think you are seeing the significance. Nor will it have the impact you might expect.

First off, no, federal law does not outweigh state rights in every case. The federal preemption clause is conditional. But in this case we have the federal government actively seeking to avoid due process, racially profiling individuals and conducting random stops, specifically targeting the weak and vulnerable. Make no mistake, in your cartoon they are dressed in black. People are disappearing? Did you hear me, disappearing? WTF, did I wake up in a nightmare, living in Libya now?

But you had no issue with ICE deporting 3 million illegals under Obama.

She does have some responsibility here. I just don't see it playing out. I mean she is absolutely clueless. In a just world, these people will eventually pay for their actions. Noem, Miller, these people are outliers, they have always been outsiders. No wonder they live on a military base. I mean look around, it ain't that hard to see.

And yet, they seem to have control. I mean even Trump is not that diabolical. But he is naive, to a fault. And self-absorbed. And he proves the adage, the easiest mark for a confidence man, another confidence man. Works like a charm.

We have to take back control. We have to rein in executive power and Congress, nor the SCOTUS, do not have the balls to do it. They have failed us, as the founders so presciently predicted. Time we the people took the reins, and sorry, we don't take that position from a point of fear. We are judged by how we treat the least among us. You can take that to the bank. Some of us stand up.

Trump is like Reagan but with a more incompetent/partisan focused staff calling all the shots. Unfortunately they and their minions pretty much enjoy the benefits of sovereign immunity. Defeating them is the only W that can be put in the column.

Here's a little history about States Rights versus Federal Rights.
xxxxxxxxxx

Legal Rights of Immigrants Facing Deportation

Illegal aliens typically have the right to a hearing before they are deported. This process is part of the immigration court system in the United States. Here's how it works.
Deportation Process
  1. Notice to Appear (NTA): An individual in the U.S. without lawful status receives a Notice to Appear, detailing the reasons for their deportation.
  2. Immigration Court Hearing: The individual is scheduled for a hearing in an immigration court. During this hearing, they can present their case, including any defenses against deportation, which may include seeking asylum or other forms of relief.
  3. Right to Legal Representation: While individuals have the right to legal representation, the government does not provide free attorneys for those unable to afford one.
  4. Judicial Decision: After presenting their case, an immigration judge will issue a decision. The individual can appeal this decision to the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Special Circumstances

  • Immediate Deportation: In some cases, certain non-citizens may be subject to expedited removal without a hearing, particularly at the border or if they meet specific criteria.
  • Detention Status: Individuals may be detained during this process, which can impact their ability to prepare their case.
In summary, while most undocumented immigrants do have a right to a hearing, there are specific circumstances where this may not apply.

Like January 6th?

The Republican Party lost the law and order mantle when they rioted in the Capitol Building because they lost an election and then Trump pardoned them all.

After the Dems didn't arrest, let alone charge actual rioters, they spared no expense to track down people who had a cell phone ping near the capitol.

The whole thing was planned.
They had military planes (multiple) flying overhead the whole time is how they got all the cell phone pings and info. They were spying on Trump while he was president the same way.

The "StopTheSteal" people never did get to petition Congress for
a redress of grievances because someone stampeded Congress to prevent it. (1st Amendment rights denied)
Whoever did that was in on the whole thing.
2020 was stolen, there's a lot going on right now, so
..there isn't time to address that just yet.
The integrity of American elections is very important, though.
Many things are being done to fix that.

It crossed the line a long time ago.

Oh about ten dead Minnesotans ago.

Or to put a finer edge on things, should have begun back in 2017.

15th post
NEVER, you assholes are the people plotting sedition and treason.
Arresting the opposition en masse for treason. They could use the masked Proud Boys ICE agents to round them up.

Yet another parallel to 1930's Europe, and they're proud of it.

Just throw it on the pile with the rest. This is who they are.

There was no riot in the Capitol building. But there was an unwarranted murder of one defenseless, unarmed woman.
Who was that again? Oh yeah, Officer Byrd with a HISTORY of doing crazy shit.

because they lost an election
Because an election was stolen then swept under the rug without permitted review.

and then Trump pardoned them all.
Sure beats Joe pardoning his entire family,. Fauci, and a whole bunch others for a DECADE, none of them even charged with a crime! :laughing0301:

Where's the disarming of the populace 1st, Maccy?
You seem to have missed that part which is not going on America but Democrats want to do. :slap:
Deporting illegal criminals is not Fascism, dumbass.
Fascism died with Mussolini.
The disarming of the populace was key to the rise of Nazi Germany.
Speaking of that, if things don't go right in the next couple days, we could get WW3. I pray they go right.

Was Ashley Babbit a teacher? Because I remember the organizer of that was a teacher.
Got banned from The Twatter a couple weeks before it happened for posting Hunter laptop stuff, but I saw what was going on.
It was never supposed to get violent. It was supposed to be peacefully exercising 1st Amendment right to petition Congress for a redress of grievances. That was their plan. It was.
