What Tim Walz and his Lt Governor have done is criminal at least....leading to armed confrontation and 2 people dead.

Obama, Jack Smith, Adam Schiff, and many more have done reprehensible things....

When does it cross the line?

It isn't treason for law enforcement to use lethal force when they shouldn't have, but for the sake of argument, when will ICE Barbie be indicted?

First off, no, federal law does not outweigh state rights in every case. The federal preemption clause is conditional. But in this case we have the federal government actively seeking to avoid due process, racially profiling individuals and conducting random stops, specifically targeting the weak and vulnerable.
