Why are we hearing about this? On the news this a.m. I heard that four civilians were killed; it showed a woman being dug out of the rubble. What are we doing about this, one way or the other? Are we still bombing places? What are our 2,000 troops doing?

I'm confused and personally I don't really give a shit about the step by step progress of Assad's civil war. What does this have to do with us?
