Not to speak ill of the dead, BUT when CB inked that deal for the Black Panther it was for several movies. He was paid on that basis. Movies he knew he would never make. He concealed the seriousness of his condition from the studio. Had they known, he would have been replaced. He's beyond a charge of fraud now. His estate should pay damages.
