Celebrities Impacted By LA Fire

Here is a list of most of the bigger names in LA that I can find out who have lost homes from the LA fire. There are a lot more celebrities than this that I can find, but I have eliminated names of people whose face and/or name I have no idea who they are and have never heard of. I'm still scratching my head wondering how the Kardashians live in a 60 million dollar home when as far as I know, the only thing the Kardashians have ever done is pose for celebrity pictures and get written up about or interviewed on TV for being famous and rich.

Apparently in LA, you can become rich and famous just by being rich and famous. LA Palisades Fire victims include:

  • Paris Hilton
  • Billy Crystal
  • Tom Hanks
  • Reese Witherspoon
  • Michael Keaton
  • Adam Sandler
  • Eugene Levy
  • Jamie Chung
  • Mel Gibson
  • Ricki Lake
  • Mark Hamill
  • Haley Joel Osment
  • John Goodman
  • Anna Faris
  • Anthony Hopkins
  • Jeff Bridges
  • James Woods
  • Ben Affleck
  • Jennifer Aniston
  • Dan Aykroyd
  • Kate Hudson
  • Denise Crosby
  • Britney Spears
  • Steven Spielberg
  • Diane Keaton
  • Julia Louis-Dreyfus
  • Jennifer Grey

Anthony Hopkin's case is interesting--- I happened to catch that he just moved to his new home that burned down about three years ago from Malibu which also just narrowly almost burned down while he still lived there. And before that, he lived in London in a home which burned down. :dunno: I might be afraid to live as his neighbor! So before you feel too sorry for the people of LA, realize these people have a LOT of money to burn (ahem). Apparently if you live in southern California, you should expect a high probability of everything burning down in your area sooner or later, especially with Newsom as your governor.

Maybe I'm just an asshole, but, why am I not really concerned about this? They'll just peel a couple million out of their folding money and buy another mansion. Besides, didn't most of them want to leave the country when trump got elected? Might be a great opportunity here...

So the people in NC did it to themselves too?
No, because weather can be controlled and western North Carolina hasn't had a disaster even close to that since 1906.

Wildfires can be mitigated and California has them every year. There isn't a year that goes by where California doesn't have wildfires.

So...big difference.

The mitigation measures that could be taken, for the wildfires that everyone in California knew were coming, didn't take place. Instead, the money was wasted in dumb ass Leftist programs.

We have wild fires every year now in CA. The number of these fires and the sizes are unprecedented and sits squarely on the shoulders of bad environmental policies.

What are the mitigation measures that could have been taken?

Also, what leftist programs was the money wasted on?

We told you so. Democrats cant govern cities and we get giddy when we are proven right over and over again. :dunno:
Right, like I said, you're celebrating the misfortune of fellow Americans.

No, thats the tragic part. We are celebrating the demise of democrats and their awful leadership. You guys literally just lost your front runner presidential candidate in 2028. Newsom is FINISHED!

No one mentioned Newsome while celebrating the demise of their fellow Americans loss of home and property.

Republicans have been pretending that property is sacrosanct and worthy of protecting to the death, e.g. Kyle Rittenhouse. That's been proven to be a lie, time and time again.

Lastly, I don't care about Newsome, I believe in the process of Democracy and to allow the best to rise to the top naturally, so so much for that nonsense.

Leftist evil ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^

Where have you seen a single right leaner snickering over the bad fortune of a celebrity that they disagree with politically?

Just evil. You just proved the depths of your evil.

.
But we saw Deadstick mocking James Woods tragic home loss, didn't we?

So blame the victim? Way to be a douchebag, douchebag.

15th post
Rightwingers are celebrating this all over social media.

That said, where did you see okfine "snickering" about the misfortune of rightwing celebrity James Woods? All I observed was him pointing out that fact.

Is this a projection of your evil, or something even more sinister?

Do you understand TFB. If not you’re stupid. TFB.

Oh BTW, as an aside, I heard that one expert estimates that this fire has vastly exceeded in air pollution and environmental damage all of the savings to the environment and climate California has saved over the years through stringent government rules and regulations.

Put another way, if they were just more proactive in fire management and keeping dead brush and stuff cleaned up, they could have done far more to save the planet without all of their crazy rules and restrictions.

Example # 472 leftism always generates the opposite of its stated effect.
