Celebrities Impacted By LA Fire

Where have I suggested that this wasn't the case?
Your post made the implication that this type of behavior is only practiced by one political party.

If that was not the intention of that post. . . then such a post would have the equivalence in usefulness as writing; "The sky is blue, and water is wet."

Here is a list of most of the bigger names in LA that I can find out who have lost homes from the LA fire. There are a lot more celebrities than this that I can find, but I have eliminated names of people whose face and/or name I have no idea who they are and have never heard of. I'm still scratching my head wondering how the Kardashians live in a 60 million dollar home when as far as I know, the only thing the Kardashians have ever done is pose for celebrity pictures and get written up about or interviewed on TV for being famous and rich.

Apparently in LA, you can become rich and famous just by being rich and famous. LA Palisades Fire victims include:

  • Paris Hilton
  • Billy Crystal
  • Tom Hanks
  • Reese Witherspoon
  • Michael Keaton
  • Adam Sandler
  • Eugene Levy
  • Jamie Chung
  • Mel Gibson
  • Ricki Lake
  • Mark Hamill
  • Haley Joel Osment
  • John Goodman
  • Anna Faris
  • Anthony Hopkins
  • Jeff Bridges
  • James Woods
  • Ben Affleck
  • Jennifer Aniston
  • Dan Aykroyd
  • Kate Hudson
  • Denise Crosby
  • Britney Spears
  • Steven Spielberg
  • Diane Keaton
  • Julia Louis-Dreyfus
  • Jennifer Grey

Anthony Hopkin's case is interesting--- I happened to catch that he just moved to his new home that burned down about three years ago from Malibu which also just narrowly almost burned down while he still lived there. And before that, he lived in London in a home which burned down. :dunno: I might be afraid to live as his neighbor! So before you feel too sorry for the people of LA, realize these people have a LOT of money to burn (ahem). Apparently if you live in southern California, you should expect a high probability of everything burning down in your area sooner or later, especially with Newsom as your governor.

Out of over 10,000 homes lost, that's a pretty short list.

This is just horrifying all the way around.

Oh BTW, as an aside, I heard that one expert estimates that this fire has vastly exceeded in air pollution and environmental damage all of the savings to the environment and climate California has saved over the years through stringent government rules and regulations.

Put another way, if they were just more proactive in fire management and keeping dead brush and stuff cleaned up, they could have done far more to save the planet without all of their crazy rules and restrictions.

I found a lot more names, just that I have no idea who they are nor have ever heard of any of them, so don't consider them famous celebrities to me worth including.

For instance, two other people I know who lost their house was the daughter of Joan Rivers and the wife of (now deceased) TV mogul Aaron Spelling. She lived in Malibu. Melissa Rivers managed to save the Emmy Award that her mother Joan had won, that is about all she managed to save.

The fact that you had no choice but to use the word "implication" confirms that this is only conjured up in your brains.

You tried and failed...

Woods is a MORON. He brings his character right along with the rest of you twits.
Our Intelligence Agencies Are Anything But

Watching Arabs casing the flights they took, he contacted the FBI. But he was ignored as just another Islamophobe "racist."

In 1973, the Israelis revealed that the Nazislamis were planning to hijack an airline and fly it into a large building. They, too, were dismissed as biased crackpots. After all, didn't Mein Kampf call Jews "The Masters of Lies"?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that Woods is a conservative. Apparently that makes him evil and deserving of anything no matter how bad; just remember that when Trump starts laying down the beatings and arrests of all the criminal democrats. I'll remind you that it is legal and justified criminal justice and NOT just a revenge tour.
The problem with your claim is that Trump already announced "retribution"
He said the quiet part of corrupting the criminal justice system (aka lawfare) out loud throughout his campaign.

And all his little MAGA followers keep repeating Trump's plan for corrupting the legal system.

“I will ask, to appoint a special prosecutor. We have to investigate Hillary Clinton, and we have to investigate the investigation.” - Trump in 2016

Delude yourself harder.

It's fun to watch.

High IQ people are incomprehensible to democrats.
We Get What We Pay For

Insulted by anyone of whatever political cult who doesn't think they should be paid a high salary as college students. Those who benefit from trained intelligence (businesses and society) have an obligation to pay replace this class-biased indentured servitude educational system.

With a couple of exceptions, they all support Democrats and Democrat policies. They did it to themselves.
You mean like the farmers who supported Trump's tariffs, and lost so much money, the government had to bail them out

The United States Department of Agriculture has distributed up to $12 billion in financial aid to agricultural producers most affected by China's retaliatory tariffs. The USDA's aid came in the form of direct cash payments to producers of corn, cotton, soybeans, sorghum, wheat, dairy, and certain meat products.

It’s probably already been posted somewhere but i found the Mel Gibson interview great, he feels bad for his neighbors but has mixed emotions for himself, saying it’s a purification. It must be nice to be that wealthy, that you can have that perspective..

Hard not to love Mel.. am watching him on Rogan right now too. Can’t wait for Passion of the Christ sequel..

He's an inspiration. That was a great interview. Watching the pain in his eyes when he talked about his neighbors' losses was heartrending.

Yes, the sequel of "Passion" will be amazing.
