I stopped watching these late-night host long ago since Johnny Carson retired, they just aren't funny repeats of the Tonight Show with Carson are still funnier than anything on late night today.

Personally I'd rather (and I do from time to time) watch reruns of Johnny Carson. Colbert and Kimmel just aren't funny, and I don't watch them.

Some people settle out of court because it's cheaper to lose out of court, than win in court.

Some people settle out of court because they're taking a corrupt president to court, and even if they win, the President, with a history of not taking losing well, will screw them massively over.
