In Wisconsin and Idaho if you go to an FFL ( Gun Shop) To purchase a new Sig or a Colt Anaconda or Glock you need to get a BGC

I hate to skunk my own thread, but there was no guy parked there buying guns. The sign was put out early and was referring to the upcoming gun show. The guy sitting in his car was just parked there because it was a public park.
