The announcement is official, so the case is closed about any criminal intent or damages from the Clinton emails.

AG Lynch says Clinton e-mail probe to be closed with no criminal charges - The Boston Globe

Speaker Ryan mainly wants only Trump to have any classified National Security briefings--it is noted--following Trump's repeated support of international terrorists, (Saddam Hussein's Iraq and North Korea). Any expectations of normal U. S. Standards of guilt or innocence being applied to any American, by any Republican candidate on any ballot anywhere: Diminish to Zero.

Clinton is innocent. There is no guilty charge plea or conviction.

(Lands of Many Nations understand how Republicans like to send rotted corn and poison blankets in the absence of charges or convictions in courts!)

Godboy, clearly not--but likely a follower of Saddam Hussein's Iraq, or North Korea--will have to show the thread where the actual closing of the case is posted. There is no plea of guilty as charged entered in any Court of Law. There is no conviction in any Court of Law.

GOP is now likely more able to be sued for requesting Attainder proceedings be brought instead: Clinton not allowed to receive briefings like the Saddam Hussein, North Korea admiring: GOP, every candidate on every ballot, anywhere. DOJ will not file charges in any Court of Law.

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Maybe soon find district somewhere in Wisconsin: Put a Wall around it, instead!)

GOP has funny ideas, even, about religion. The Sunni Saudi regime might regard itself, for example, "Radical Islamic," more conservative in their way than Conservatives of any type in the USA. The GOP call religion exactly that suggested by Intolerant poster--fairies and ghosts and suicidal kamikazes. A Court of Law could easily find a Saudi religious. A Court of Law would even more likely consider a belief that to become somebody--the person has to become nobody: Actual Suicidal Fanaticism.

Probably a lot of them take comfort in the fact that under NAFTA, Bourbon is an "Intellectual Property!"

Twenty + minutes outlining how she is guilty of every transgression she was suspected of, but no charges will be filed anyway. It's almost like someone had a secret meeting with the AG or something...

Did your parents have any children that lived?

( truly a poster child for birth control )

Starving babies being killed are mostly a disaster in East Africa, excepting when Senator McCain types fly planes over populations, dropping ordinance intending splattering of baby genitalia, for major square miles around. In the United States, all kinds of people find all of that to be wonderful. The law is supported. The money gets banked. The Great Recession gets fixed by the Democrats, and on and on.

Speaker Ryan likely believes intensely that Lincoln freed the slaves, who would then escape the subjugation usury computing that even Adam Smith put into "Wealth of Nations." For their part, "Black Lives Matter," likely supports the law, and banks the money, too!

For now, there are allegations and suggestions and even recriminations. There are no legal proceedings filed, and no findings in a Court of Law: In the matter of Secretary Clinton even up against a GOP FBI Director. Guilt is not shown. Secretary Clinton walks away, vindicated. Embarrassment happens.

You want to know what is sad?

They did this right to our faces.

Former President Clinton gets on a plane with the Attorney General and basically tells him to have his wife come in to testify so we can wrap this up and close the case.

Obama made sure that no charges would be brought the moment Biden declined to run for President.

Right in front of us and they DID NOT CARE. Because they know that the GOP won't do a damned thing about it.

The Director of the FBI lists the malfeasance of the suspect, lays out a case for felony prosecution that a first year lawyer could win.....and then says to the American people the lie that no reasonable prosecutor will bring charges. I've read and heard literally hundreds of prosecutors who claim the evidence is a slam dunk.

But of course, here we have a progressive sycophant is so blindly loyal that if Clinton shot a family member and ate their beating heart before them, would defend and support her.

And people wonder why we scream at the corruption in government.

Evidence and basis-free poster, Darkwind fails at U. S. understanding of the law. The allegations were of insufficient cause to file any charges. The subject of the allegations--not shown based in facts on which to rely in any court of law--is not guilty, as in innocent.

The finding is that there are no facts sufficient on which to rely for a filing of charges. Mostly, only the agencies have all the data, and spent the multiple year long hours reviewing.

Go away. You give lay-person a bad name. I understand the law very well. More importantly, those who have made a life work of the law also understand it very well. The majority of them would salivate at having such an open/shut case.

Go back to grade school and leave the adults to talk.

Innocent? The only thing this proves to me is the questionable ethics of our government, our leaders, and the justice system. I expected this, and it's disillusioning. It's the same thing to me as as when blacks were outraged over the Rodney King verdict. Something is plainly wrong here. Do we riot and burn and destroy? No...but we won't vote for Hillary, either.

Put the bottle down. You've had enough.

No evidence is presented in any post that AG, AG prosecutors, or Republican Director, FBI acted improperly. Childish anti-law and order presents no evidence to the contrary, and only creates anti-American, ad hominem argument, despising even the genitals of babies in America, having life.

Law is supported in the Republican households, like when Senator McCain splattered the genitals of babies all over the jungle, years ago. The money is kept. The law is supported.

Now the law shows no charges filed, no credible evidence to support any filing of charges, no not guilty or guilty pleas entered in any court. There are not convictions in any court of law.

The matter of the emails is closed.
