Looks like he is behind her AS I SAID.Actually, there weren't any armed cops behind Benedict Ashli who could have dealt with her as she tried to make her way through that broken out window. That's a rightarded lie.There were plenty of armed cops behind her. The shooter has an obligation to recognize whether or not the use of deadly force is justified. Clearly this was not justified at all. She was unarmed and there was no imminent threat to his or anyone else's life.

Three of those 4 cops then walked down the stairs with the 3 who were leaving at the moment she gets shot. The 4th one is still there but he's on the steps, below Traitor Ashli and with people in between.
Only one cop there had assessed the situation and had a clear shot and that was the hero who took the shot when he had the chance.

In the video, the capital police who were guarding the door are standing right there at the window at 34:49. They see the gun and they react. Ashli is shot 14 seconds later. She didnt become a deadly threat in 14 seconds. She was murdered by that cop and her family deserves a day in court.

You even said cops showed up about 6 seconds after she was shot. Those would be the cops who were down the stairs; with only one of them closer to the top of the stairs.
And yes, Ashli Targetpractice was a threat who needed to be stopped by any means necessary. There were still lawmakers just feet away in the House chamber as that mob began violently breaking through the doors and windows. She was the first one to lead the charge as she attempted to get over the police barricade on the other side. If she wasn't stopped, the rest of the mob behind her would have stormed into the House chamber.
It was a good shoot which is why the cop is not facing any charges. He should get a medal for saving lives.

Although Asli was unarmed, one police officer died and more than 150 were injured, some of them seriously, and two officers committed suicide due to PTSD in the wake of the attacks, so the officer can very reasonable say that he feared for his life and for the lives of those people in the Senate Chamber.
If indeed a Secret Service Agent shot her in the performance of his duty to protect those members of the House under Secret Service protection, that law suit will be tossed in a heart beat. My viewing of the video just prior to the shooting shows:
