Eugenics would be more of a way to end poverty. Will probably have to happen eventually anyways.
Too many worthless people. If we were selective on genes and such, we could have a more productive society. At least theoretically.
The irresponsibility will HAVE to stop someday. Either by poor people aborting or selective genes.
