I haven't heard that Bell's Palsy was a side effect of the vax however, I have read that it can occur as the result of a viral infection.

Not sure why you'd be surprised,she's placing no blame on the vax and she's a celebrity.
So in essence she's encouraging others to get the jab and using her celebrity status to do so.
She might as well encourage people to lick the toilet seats in a public bathroom.
