To the extent that there has been (historically) any “systemic racism” at all in the Great White North (for our libs, that’s a reference to snow), it isn’t the place of the military to do the apologizing — weepily or otherwise.

In the event of any national (Canadian) military emergency, our pals up there in Canuckistan ought to be damn grateful that the U.S. military is right next door.
