Well that ought to burn the collective asses of all my dear Canadian friends who never cease to tell me why the United States is destroying the world due to our excessive CO2 levels.....of course they will probably just find a way to blame us for their withdrawal.

We should annex Canada. With their land mass and low population density it should put USanada well within the Kyoto limits.

lol. Canada is known to have 1/3 of the world's oil reserves, and who knows what else. They'll be richer than Midas before too long. I don't think they'd have us. We're considered their noisy neighbors, I'm sure.
