I knew a guy. Non-athletic, very pleasant, academic, high achiever.
Valedictorian went on to become a doctor. Went to Africa to help bush clinics.
Came back and got a degree in engineering. Went back to Africa and built hospitals.
Transitioned in his early forties.
Who cares what she looks like, she's a better person than you are.

They don't want to know the human side of it. They just want someone to hate for no good reason

I said an Adam's apple on a woman wasn't very attractive. If the rest of the package is I could accept the AA. But I would buy her turtleneck sweaters.

That's a wonderful accomplishment, however, you don't have to build hospitals in other countries to accomplish great works in ones life.
