While a few may pass the overwhelming majority don't. And even those who pass only do so with a 1st glance once you focus on things like voice and mannerisms you will see they are forced and not natural.

There was a dude where I worked, had a sordid past ripe with lots of personal family issues. One day he decided to play woman, He wanted the Big Haircut. So he played a woman for two years to qualify for a roto rooter operation. Went from Nick to Nichole during this time period. Caused all kinds of work issues.....bathrooms, people were afraid to talk to he/she for fear of unintentionally offending he/she. Company was all touchy feely at the time too. The person worked the tool room. Guys would come in from out stations and check out tools and unknowingly hit on the person. Yoi....Cracker Jacks.
Then he disappeared for quite a long time, in violation of attendance rules, caused a huge problem for the union.
Then 'she' showed up.......she was in, I shit you not, Bangkok for the operation. Weaseled out of termination with some medical/personal crap that the union or company didn't want to get into.

Has several kids too.......SMFH.
