Passing score is 60%, I believe. I got 90% on my first try, without any prep - got tripped up on one question, over something stupid. The challenge is to see if anyone can beat my score - shouldn’t be too hard. You merely need to get 100% to do that.

This is all in good fun, mind you. However, if your name is JGalt or BackAgain (or your high IQ rivals theirs), don’t even bother with this. You’re far too smart and it would be like asking a nuclear physicist what 2+2 is. 🤣

For the rest of you mere mortals, feel free to take the quiz and beat my score. Anyone who beats my score, I will consider superior in IQ level and will listen to you in debates, with keen interest - for, I have much to learn from you.

Me too. I did not know that you had to be a US citizen to serve as a juror and that you had a "responsibility" to do that.

Are those federal laws?

Hello, jwoodie,

Coincidentally, that’s the same exact question that tripped me up, my first go around.

I would say, without googling this beforehand, that’s a state law and requirement. I would never have guessed it was a federal law.

I looked it up. It is a federal law that only applies to service on a federal jury. The question did not specify that.

I'd like to try others. I thought the one I got was too easy.

But then I got a decent education, prior to CommonCore.

I wonder how many people under the age of 30 could pass it.

.
I don’t know about folks under 30, but judging from what I see these days (young folks glued to their smartphones, surfing social media and doing who knows what), the results wouldn’t be anything to write home about.

By the way, here’s a curious stat, according to an older article I found:

In terms of partisanship, Republicans outscored Democrats and independents. Forty percent of Republicans answered all five questions correctly, compared with 35% of independents and 33% of Democrats.

Edited to add: just now found this article: American History Crisis: Most High Schoolers Flunked US Citizenship Test. They're Now Adults.

Also got 90, problem is people lie, expect some 100% posters who did not even take the test.

They simply didn't include enough questions in the test about gender identity.
