The British Prime Minister Starmer hands Trump a letter from the King and Trump seems to read it and says….Well, that is really nice then comments on the Kings signature.

He then hands the letter back to the Prime Minister and says…..perhaps you could comment on the important paragraph?

Felon47 has at best a fourth grade reading level. He has a very limited vocabulary and is famous for repeating himself. Nor does he read PDB, and staff have to use simple sentences in reports sent to him.
